I know everybody is different and what motivates one person to exercise doesn’t work for another.

I offer a range of online, 1-2-1 and group training sessions. Online sessions are recorded and available to watch if you miss a session or want to do extra.

Are you a member of a gym but just can’t find the motivation to go? Or perhaps you do get there but don’t really know how to get the results you’re hoping for.

I offer 1-2-1 personal training sessions or small group sessions tailored to suit your fitness level and goals.

  • Small group training sessions – fitness plans created to suit all fitness levels with optional difficulty levels

  • Flexible training times to fit with your day


kickstart your fitness

Kickstart for woman are online classes designed to build healthy habits which will help lead to a happier & healthier you.

  • Monthly subscription – Just £21 a month

  • Choice of 8 classes a week

  • Over 100 varied classes to do on demand whenever suits you

  • No ties – if you decide after a month that it’s not for you, you can leave (hopefully you won’t!)

  • 30 & 45 minutes classes for those with busy lives!

  • Varied classes – ranging from low impact (band burn) to high impact (HIIT)
  • Private Facebook group for support, friendship and access to the online classes


sunday circuits

Sunday’s 09.30am – 1030am

60 minute circuit training class, focusing on:

  • Cardiovascular endurance

  • Speed & strength

  • Flexibility

  • Fun & sociable workout

Friday’s 09.30am – 10.15am

45 minute class, suitable for:

  • Pre and post natal mums

  • All fitness levels

  • Maintain fitness levels during pregnancy

  • Support your body after baby is born

  • Social opportunity class for mum’s whilst moving that body!


fresh air & fitness

Friday’s 10.15am – 11.00am

45 minute class, suitable for:

  • Men & women aged 50+

  • People wishing to start exercise is a safe, friendly environment

  • Suitable for complete beginners

  • Suitable for people with health conditions, including cardiac rehabilitation, as well as joint pain/replacements

  • A free 10 minute screening chat is required before starting this class
