I’m Jayne, founder and owner of Happy Health Hub (formerly GI Jayne)

I have been a part of the health & fitness industry for two decades and remain as passionate about it now as I did starting out.

I love working with people; helping them with both physical and in turn mental health goals. My clients are all special to me and I always treat each one as the unique individual that they are. I’d love to help make a difference to your life and the way you feel about exercise – I offer a range of  classes and personal training sessions – find out more.

about me

I am passionate about helping others and sharing my expertise to encourage a happy, healthy outlook towards both body and mind. My training ethos is to bring enjoyment into fitness – I love to laugh with clients whilst encouraging and supporting them to achieve the best version of themselves.

Over the years I have worked for corporate gyms but always felt  I wanted to give more and go beyond the limitations of a gym environment. I love the outdoors…
